Cycas pectinata is a Himalayan species, native from Northeast India south to Thailand. We are uncertain of winter hardiness, but have a few spares from our garden hardiness trials. In the wild, where it grows in dry, open thickets over karst, it can reach 40' tall, making it the tallest of all cycad species.
